The logo, design tokens, app screenshots, graphical assets, source code, and text content associated with the Sampati brand are the intellectual property of Sampati. You may not copy, replicate, publish, or modify our branding elements without our express written consent.
In no event shall Sampati or its development team be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential financial losses (including lost profits, investment declines, or brokerage transaction failures) arising from your use or inability to use the platform. We retrieve data from third-party vendor APIs, and while we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee 100% error-free real-time prices or sub-index figures.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or restrict access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our platform interests.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will post notice in the App or update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
